Wicked Design Problem

When will voting become the cornerstone of our democracy and a protected fundamental right upon which all our civil liberties rest? What if politicians across the country ceased to engage in voter suppression, efforts that include additional obstacles to registration, cutbacks on early voting, and strict voter identification requirements? Can re-building the trust in the voting process become a bi-partisan issue with lasting impact for generations to come?
What your solution should focus on: As a design leader how would you inform and empower citizens in protecting their voting rights? How can you address the sense of apathy and frustration many demographics feel towards the political/cultural wars taking center stage instead of bills being passed? What role does design leadership have in galvanizing the masses in making their elected officials act urgently on a federal level, as well as ensuring active voter participation in order to protect upcoming elections?
